With over seven years’ post qualification experience, Charlene advises clients on a wide range of areas including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, probate and estate administration.

Since qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, she has worked for top tier Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners recognised firms. She is also recognised as an Associate Member of the Solicitors for the Elderly.

Prior to qualifying in 2013, Charlene worked in both criminal law and family law firms. By acquiring a total of 15 years’ experience in law, this allows her to understand the general needs and issues of her clients.

Charlene’s clients range from private individuals and families, trustees, executors and administrators. Although her expertise is broad, her specialist area is estate administration; having worked at a top 50 city firm, where she dealt with the administration of estates and the dissolution of companies passing to the Duchy of Lancaster and Duchy of Cornwall.

She is experienced in advising high-net worth UK domicile clients on large and complex probates and the taxation issues that may arise.

Outside of work, Charlene loves to bake and spend time with her family. She also enjoys reading and attending the theatre.
